2025 ATPE House of Delegates Business

The 2025 ATPE House of Delegates (HOD) will convene at 9:45 a.m. July 8 during the 2025 ATPE Summit, July 7–9 at the JW Marriott Austin Downtown. If you are interested in serving as a voting delegate, don’t delay. The delegate certification deadline is June 6. Local unit delegates must be certified by their local unit president, and at-large delegates must be certified by their region president. All delegates must also be individually registered for the ATPE Summit as a full-event attendee ($225) or HOD-only attendee (free).

The ATPE Board of Directors adopted the HOD agenda, standing rules, and motion prefiling procedures at its May 17 meeting. Original main motions, including resolutions and legislative program changes, that propose substantive business to be considered by the 2025 HOD must be prefiled during the HOD Summit. ATPE staff will be available on-site to assist delegates with their motions and accept submissions at a prefile table from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. CDT Monday, July 7. The table will be located inside the Griffin Hall at the JW Marriott Austin Downtown. The deadline for prefiling motions is 2 p.m. CDT Monday, July 7.

Resolutions Committee Report
