Give the Gift of ATPE Membership
As the holiday season approaches, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the impact we can have on each other. This year, why not give the gift that keeps on giving—the gift of ATPE membership? ATPE’s administrator, associate, and professional categories are open through Jan. 31 for the 2024-25 membership year, and college student, student teachers, public and retired members may join in 2024-25 through March 31.
When you share the benefits of ATPE with your educator friends and family members, you’re not just giving them access to exclusive resources, legal support*, and professional development opportunities—you’re also helping them become part of a powerful community dedicated to advocating for teachers and public education across Texas.
From expert guidance on classroom management to lobbying for better policies at the Capitol, ATPE is here to support educators every step of the way. With special discount programs for members and access to a wealth of valuable perks and tools, including our new ATPE Online Community, it’s more than a membership; it’s an investment in their future as educators.
So, this season, why not spread the joy and give the gift of membership to someone who could benefit from everything ATPE has to offer?
- Many of us come from families of educators. Check in with your mother-in-law to make sure her ATPE membership is current! (Does she really need more bath products?)
- Your niece or nephew who is starting their clinical teaching experience in January would benefit from ATPE’s student teacher membership—and even better for you, it’s free!
- Do you work with a special paraprofessional? Go in with your colleagues on an ATPE associate membership to thank them for all they contribute!
Visit our Membership Types and Dues page for information on which membership category to choose and atpe.org/Join-now to get started.
