ATPE's House of Delegates meeting was conducted at the 2026 ATPE Summit.
ATPE’s annual House of Delegates (HOD) meeting reflects our member-governed philosophy. During the HOD meeting, delegates representing their local units and regions vote for ATPE’s next state officers and consider the reports of the Resolutions and Legislative committees.
New state officer terms begin Aug. 1
The 46th ATPE HOD elected the following members to serve as ATPE’s 2026-27 state officers: President Eli Rodriguez, Cypress-Fairbanks; Vice President Teresa Millard, Woden; Secretary Twila Figueroa, McAllen; and Treasurer Dani Boepple, Mesquite. They join Immediate Past State President Jerrica Holt, Community. Learn more about ATPE’s new state officers.

Current resolutions remain in effect for one year unless readopted by the ATPE HOD.
The HOD also approved the issuance of an honorary resolution to 2025-26 Immediate Past President Jason Forbis as recommended by the Resolutions Committee and the ATPE BOD.
HOD adopts 2026-27 ATPE Legislative Program
